We guarantee all our *products as fault free, and will replace and refund all return shipping costs of any faulty product.
No item must be returned, without receiving prior Authorization, guarantee valid for 1 year.

Non-defective returns: You must notify us within 7 working days of receipt, that you wish to return all or part of your order. You will then be contacted with return instructions and authorization, and the items must be returned within 28 working days of purchase. Once we have received your returns, a full refund (excluding your postage or shipping charges for returning the items to us - these are borne by you) will be issued by to you via PayPal unless other is agreed.
All returns must be received by us in stock condition within 28 working days of purchase and with original packing. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee for items returned, which are not in stock condition.
No item must be returned, without receiving prior Authorization.

Restocking and shipping charges do not apply to any items being returned due to faults.
